Recommended dosage is 2-4 drops up to 4x day under the tongue or in your beverage of choice. Explore morning or evening rituals like grounding with the breath and taking the essences with an intention.

Each essence is offered in a stock bottle and preserved in botanical gin. You can take the stock bottle essence or dilute the essence to make your own dosage bottle.

How do you dilute your essence? Add 1-8 drops of the stock bottle to an empty dosage bottle (often included in your purchase of a stock bottle), then fill the dosage bottle with a mixture of 50% preservative (alcohol or apple cider vinegar) and 50% water.
