Experience personalized yoga instruction for yourself or a small group* - 60 minute personalized yoga instruction to support your new or existing practice - Sessions take place in a space large enough for a yoga mat and space to walk around the mat NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: we will create an experience based on your needs. From Vinyasa to traditional Hatha structured sessions, you will be guided as you desire. BOOK a free INTAKE call to discuss questions or logistics (See SERVICES) *Small groups are encouraged for $9 per person additional fee About Ferris Ferris is a Yoga and Meditation instructor, Herbalist and Student of Ayurveda. Since 2013 she has studied ShambhavAnanda Yoga® building and curating a toolkit to support and navigate life. As a former Investment Compliance Professional and consultant, she has experienced complex transformative processes and the elements it takes to implement sustainable shifts in mindset, physical structures and the unknown. She has used this experience to support others in their wellness journeys and continues to learn through teaching and offering novel experiences. Ferris completed ShambhavAnanda Yoga® 200-hour training at Chi-Town Shakti in 2013 as well as advanced training: Levels 1, 2 and Yogic Assists, aka Adjustments. She is also a Certified ShambhavAnanda Yoga® Meditation Instructor and Certified ShambhavAnanda Yoga® Prenatal Yoga Instructor. Ferris has been studying Ayurveda and Herbalism in depts since 2020 completing online coursework and in-person immersion programs, including Ayurvedic Acupressure, aka Marma Chikitsa. Since learning Marma, Ferris has been driven to share Yoga and Marma experiences with as many people as possible. Ferris is the owner of Ombra Lunare and works part-time for Goldberry Woods – A Modern Farm Resort in Union Pier, MI. She joined the Goldberry team in the winter of 2023 in a new role as an Experience Coordinator, Project Manager and Wellness Consultant. When Ferris is not at Goldberry, she enjoys spending time in nature, especially the Lake, and tending to her land and woods.
