Service Description

Create a session centered around Yoga + Movement, Marma (Ayurvedic Bodywork), Meditation + Breathwork—or a combination of practices designed specifically for you or your group. Wellness Sessions are designed for individuals, couples and groups looking to practice together in the comfort of their home, vacation rental or gathering space. All Wellness Sessions are request-to-book. Your session is not confirmed until availability, location, group size, session details and final pricing have been reviewed and confirmed. Submit a booking request with your preferred date, session length, group size and interests. I'll review your request and connect with you to confirm availability, location, session details and pricing before your booking is finalized. Additional fees apply per person for group sessions more than 2 people. A $50 fee applies once the service time is confirmed. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session are charged at 100%. Not sure what you're looking for? You don't need to be. YOGA + MOVEMENT (pricing starts at $108 for 60 minutes) Personalized movement ranging from Vinyasa and Hatha to Slow Flow, restorative and somatic practices. Sessions can be adapted for different experience levels, bodies and group dynamics. MARMA (pricing starts at $135 for 60 minutes) An Ayurvedic bodywork practice working with vital energy points of the body to encourage awareness, grounding and balance. Offered on a 1:1 basis or as a guided session for groups. MEDITATION + BREATHWORK (pricing starts at $54 for 30 minutes) Accessible guided meditation and breath practices created around your experience, intention and desired energy.
