"Meditation will help you understand the nature of the mind, and will lead you to the experience of your true nature." – Sri Shambhavananda There is no good or bad at mediation... it is a practice Book your Free Intake Consultation so we know how to spend our time together and get logistics out of the way. I offer this space to practice mediation and discuss your curiosities and experience in meditation. Ask questions and express to make room for your next step in your practice. About Ferris: Ferris is a yoga instructor, wellness guide, and Ayurvedic practitioner offering movement, meditation, and nervous-system–centered bodywork rooted in over a decade of study and practice. Trained in ShambhavAnanda Yoga® since 2013, Ferris is a certified Yoga, Meditation, and Prenatal Yoga instructor. Her work is further informed by ongoing study in Ayurveda and Herbalism, including training in Marma Chikitsa—an Ayurvedic pressure point practice that supports deep relaxation, fascial release, and nervous system balance. Ferris offers private sessions in homes and rental properties, as well as group classes and wellness experiences throughout Southwest Michigan. She is also the in-house wellness provider at Goldberry Woods, where she guides weekly movement classes and curates seasonal wellness offerings for guests and the surrounding community. When she’s not working one-on-one or leading group experiences, Ferris can usually be found outdoors—by the lake, in the woods, or tending the land. She is the creator of Ombra Lunare, LLC, a wellness practice rooted in seasonal rhythms, embodied care, and restoration.
