Join me for Marma Tuesdays, a guided small-group experience at Petite Acres in New Buffalo, Michigan. Inspired by Marma Chikitsa, the traditional Ayurvedic bodywork practice typically received one-on-one, this class brings the essence of Marma into a shared setting through gentle movement, guided awareness, and self-applied pressure.

Together, we’ll move through slow, intentional movements to release tension and explore Marma (pressure point) sequences for the arms, shoulders, neck, face, back, head, and feet before settling into a deeply restorative savasana.

In Ayurveda, Marma points (Marmāni) are vital points where connective tissue, awareness, and life force meet. Working with these points gently supports the fascia and nervous system, helping cultivate relaxation, balance, and a deeper connection with your body. This is not deep muscle work, but a calming, restorative practice designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
